Halesworth,
Tuesday
My dear George
I received your kind note this morning & am pleased you are well,
also that Wm. Chandler is at yours. Lets hope you may both be
happy and comfortable, for its no use to live without comfort. Now
my dear boy I wish you many happy returns of your birthday and
hope you may live to enjoy many. I will write again in a few days, I
have been very busy and forced to write this at Halesworth but you
are not forgotten by us and only wish you & we could meet more
often, but must try & do as well as we can.
With very kind love
from your ever loving
Mama
I will write & tell you all news in a day or two.
