Oman - December 2009 - p1/2

Our visit to Oman was prompted by seeing Kate Humble's mini-series on TV following the "Frankincense Route". In the event we took the "Frankincense and Fortresses" tour with Voyage Jules Verne in early December 2009. This covered Muscat, the Hajar mountains to the south west and Salalah and the Dhofar region to the far south.
