Nepal and the Chitwan National Park

Some photos taken on a trip to Nepal where we visited Kathmandu, Pokhara and the Chitwan National Park on the southern border with India. This Park is one of the few places where the Bengal Tiger is still to be found. Until the 1950s it was a feared malaria area and only occupied by the Tharu people who have a natural immunity to this disease.
